Clinical Team Manager, Registered Nurse - Medicare Home Health Opening

The Clinical Team Manager oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the patient’s clinical interdisciplinary team, to ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing. They serve as a liaison, effectively problem solving and following through on patient care issues, including notification of appropriate personnel, and/or physician. The Clinical Team Manager also works collaboratively with other clinical supervisors and administrative team members to provide appropriate and continual program oversight, supervision, training and mentoring of clinical personnel as directed by the Director of Clinical Operations and have knowledge of business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and Active Registered Nurse License for the state of FL
• Three to five (3-5) years of experience in their respective clinical field.
• One (1) year experience in home health nursing required.
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of Agency.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal
